Man In The Iron Mask - hmmmmm ... it's going to be VERY interesting what Oda pulls off here because it doesn't make sense if that's someone from East Blue. I mean, Luffy took all this time to get here and be this powerful. If this guy's either Morgan or Arlong, it'll be impossible to have that sort of power in such little time, ya know! AND, be this fearful in the Grand Line?!?! It MAY be someone from the recent arcs ... and it's not clear if Luffy ruined his life, or Zoro or Sanji or Franky ... come to think of it, it may be that guy from Enies Lobby ... what's his name ... Spandam maybe? Overhaul from the good ol Vegapunk, you think? The chap says "ruined my life" ... now, Morgan was stripped off his title and what not so it makes sense if it's him, then it could also be Don Kreig! If it's Don, it'll be interesting for that side kick of his to come in the story and battle Sanji again, they parted on a good competitive note, aye. There're a lot of possibilities ne ... Luffy screwed up the Don's life fer sure, but Don should be after Hawkeye too then X'D, but, honestly, it's a little disappointing, I just wish they got to Mermaid Island already. Oda better explain himself. This mask guy says Straw Hats ... hmmm ... it may not be Morgan then, cos he never knew Luffy as part of the Strawhat crew, just as Luffy. I re-read the initial manga chapters all morning, took 3-4 hours X'D ... it can't be Buggy all beaten up like that and in armor? ... Crocodile is still in Impel Down, maybe it's Wapol? That would SUCK. Can't be anyone from Skypiea, can't be Bellamy cos that'd be disappointing again ... he ain't that fierce. Can't be Kuro cos he's all skinny and NOT THAT POWERFUL, Enel's busy riding the clouds or off to Mars/ Mercury/ Moon, Arlong had a huge nose now didn't he, it could be him? I have a feeling if octopus fishmen are rare and this octopus fishman's name is Hachchin, and the octopus fishman zoro killed had that same name, my guess is that the two of them were related, probably father (the new one) and the asshole son that ran off with pirates (the one zoro killed). With the popularity of the straw hats and everyone on their crew having a bounty, anyone of the strawhats could be the one the guy in the iron mask is cursing because he never said luffy by name. It would be interesting if it was someone after Zoro, Sanji or Franky.

And now it makes sense that it was Haichi from Arlong Park.. After the marines imprisoned them all, they were transported directly to Impel Down which must be very close to the fishman island since Haichi is an escapee and you can't really travel to many islands in the grand line without a ship.

On another note, Arlong is alive and is imprisoned in the same jail with Ace! O_O if Luffy and the crew do end up in Impel Down, the amount of old enemies they could possibly run into could be huge! O_O

they've prolly had it easy so far in comparison to what they'll face ahead.
Look at Zoro after he took Luffy's pain. Anybody else would have died, even Sanji. Zoro is going to have to get that much stronger to endure that kind of damage and still fight ...and win....

OMFG! Ace is going to be executed! Rayleigh is one of the emperors! and Whitebeard is going to come and either prevent the execution or go full on war with the government! Looks like Garp is coming to deal with Rayleigh and everything is going to happen at the marine headquarters right there either in the grove archepeligo headquarters or right there at the headquarters at the top of the red line. Then again, those two headquarters are probably one in the same place with the size of those trees growing so tall, they probably reach straight up to the top of the red line.

And on top of it all, Garp knows that Ace's dad is Dragon, but none of the other marine's actually know that. Dragon could show up too and own everyone! A world war could start all because of Ace's possible/maybe actual execution!

I read the chapter last night ... goosebumps ... I read your post ... goosebumps ... cumtastic set of chapters are upon us, I can't wait! I hope this is is no way the path to the end of One Piece though ... it's all kinda coming together, Garp dealing with an Emperor, Ace's execution, Luffy's close to the rescue point and Rayleight will see Luffy's will + know of the Ace development which will kinda help him decide to coat Sunny. I think Dragon will surprise everyone ... like he did when Luffy faced possible execution at Lougetown.

Mangashare usually has all the latest weekly releases done by friday morning. I usually read binktopia's releases but sometimes they are slower releasing one piece. Basement Scans or Franky-House are usually the first ones releasing. The BS releases are on mangashare, but the FH releases are only on their own website. But for some reason FH has not released One Piece in almost a month now. O_o Pretty odd because usually they were the first to release the newest chapters.

Kid's power reminds me of Buggy and how he could cut off this body like that, it's kinda like a variation. That Repel power is interesting too ... come to think of it, it's a more defensive power than offensive.

But yeah, we'll get to see Don F in action, Luffy will have his hands full with Blackbeard when he hears he captured Ace. I'm predicting Shanks will be there too ... cos we don't know how his last encounter with White Beard ended, or if they made a pact/ truce.

Plus it'll take 7 Shichibukai to take on Whitebeard!?!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luffy has already taken out Crocodile and Moria, but they made Blackbeard a shikubukai. So theres only six now, but I don't think they've revealed who all of the Shikubukai are yet. Plus theres no guarantee how many of them will show up for the fight. Remember that shikubukai meeting with the marines a long time ago? Only a few of them even bothered to show up for it. And I'm sure Crocodile and Moria would have never left what they had going on to fight some war for the WG, so I wonder which other members will show up.

Moria was allowed to survive and they didn't want his position to be taken off, since the implications to the rest of the world that another Shichibukai had been defeated be discovered. So, they tally to Kuma, Don, Blackbeard, Moria, MIHAWK, and Jimbei (who we haven't seen yet), with Croc in prison making the 7th, I don't think they'll get him out just to fight, or maybe they would after maybe an overhaul from the WG's very own Vegapunk? Leaving out Moria and Croc, yep it'll be 5, but I also suspect Mihawk to have a different agenda, and he'd be on Whitebeard/ Shanks' side or go off to an interesting battle with Zoro, I think it's still early for Zoro to beat him, but it'll be a good showdown. So it's down to 4.

I'm also all the more interested in the abilities of the Whitebeard crew. Ace was strong, but don't you think he was a little weak considering he was one of the most fiercest pirate crew's First Mate? I dunno, just thinking out loud, or it only proves how much of a badass Blackbeard really is. I don't see Blackbeard as the most powerful Shichibukai, and we know the Don can manipulate others pretty easily. I'm just talking random X'D hahaha ...

It's still a little surprising that Kidd's bounty is that high ... I mean, his devil fruit is a simple magnetic one. Law's fruit is similar to Buggy's, but Buggy's only works on himself while Laws' works on others in the circle he creates, which is another weakness of his ability. His circle could only extend to that much as they showed in the manga, I'm guessing.
