anyone know a good one? free? Zippy, ok so everyone here, likes to mess with film dub things, and the movies game. but to get some voices right, well just cant do it lol. found this http://www.topshareware.com/Voice-Changer-Software-download-3614.htm
but not sure if the site if good to buy from. other then that would rather a free one, since it's just for the hell of it, and youtube. :p and probably the endless recordings Zippy will make ^_^;

there's also this , which just realised we could make some remixes with this. so, yeah, alot more fun then just recording goofy things no one but us will find funny :P http://www.topshareware.com/AV-VCS-Gold-download-8818.htm

You could always go to pricey / more complicated route http://www.3ntropy.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/emot-pirate.gif and download Sony SoundForge and mess with modulation layers. That's the way they made the Combine voices and some other things in Half Life 2. Can't help you on free options though, I went on a pretty extensive search myself awhile back to have some fun on Teamspeak. Alas, my searches were fruitless. :(
