This has to be one of my favorite movies and books. I know it's from 1983 and that's probably just showing my age but whatever. Awesome movie! And the guys in it...Emilio Estevez, Patrick Swayze, Rob Lowe, Ralph Macchio, and even Tom Cruise (even though I don't really like him). If anyone ever sees it at the movie store, rent it!:happy:

it's a great movie, we've seen it like 3 times. probably the first time we ever heard of "52 card pick up" :haha: lol haven't read the book, the movie was awesome, at once point we owned it on VHS, need to get it on DVD though.

I just bought it on Thursday. The book is really good too. I think whomever did the screenplay for the movie got it right on.
