The Last King Of Scotland

... so after catching up (finally!) on the last few minutes of Blood Diamond, I moved on to watching TLKOS with the same Oscar trail hope that it left behind ... Best Actor won by Whitaker.

The movie's set in the recent past involving King Amin and his regime in Uganda. There's plenty of good acting from Whitaker and McAvoy and unfortunately that's the only thing that kept me going last night.

Anyone else seen it yet?

I'll have to rent it...it looked really good, but I've been dissapointed a lot recently with movies so...meh. -_-;
