So Rukia met up with kaiendono... the vice lieutenant that died while fighting a hollow.. and that would mean he is Ganju and Kukaku's brother? and the guy looks just like Ichigo (which i forgot because that flashback was so long ago).. No wonder everyone was willing to help Ichigo out in Soul Society.

And maybe thats why Rukia seems to have a thing for him. Everytime Ichigo gets hurt, Rukia runs to help him.. Maybe because she could never help Kaien way back when.

I bet Renji's training with Chad probably benefited Renji just as much as it helped Chad.. but Chad's newest powers really came from the fact that hes in heuco mundo and his latest battles with arrancars.. its like hes a sayian gaining massive power with each new fight. XD

Do you think any of the captains or vice captains are hiding vaizard/hollow masks up their sleeves? kind of like how Ikakku was holding back his bankai?

Well first id like to ask...whats with chad and is reaction to heuco mundo? Is he like a cross bread or something? Like his dad was a human and his mom was a hollow or something? It just seemed strange when he was talking, he made it seem like him coming to heuco mundo made his powers go crazy and with names like Devils left arm I can only Imagen that he has some connection to that place. Chad should turn into the devil and be like get out of my house bitches :P

As for Captains and vice captains holding out....I think the shop keeper Urahara has more then we know about. He was a past captain right? We don't know why he left soul society or how he knows so much about everything. It would be cool if he turned out to be like Ichigo. Didnt it say in one of the manga episodes that Urahara was experimenting and trying to successfully make a captain use hollow powers (IE. what he did with Ichigo)? It would make sense if he had the same type of power later on.

Chad's left arm looked like the skin of an arrancar. O_O I'm wondering how much longer it'll be before he gets a full blown hollow mask.. either that or he'll get a leg and body armor upgrade.. if only he could absorb the attacks of the enemies hes defeated he would be like the bleach equivalent of megaman with his energy blast attacks. :p

Urahara made the Hogyoku. The hogyoku can "break the boundaries between hollow and shinigami." Aizen can use the thing to instantly turn hollows into arrancars.. Then I guess if the thing was used on a shinigami, it could instantly transform them into vaizards.. and if that is the case, then I'm sure Urahara must have tested his invention on himself and possibly others too.. hell, maybe some of the vaizards in the manga are a direct result of Urahara's test experiments. O_O

well Hueco Mundo means "Hollow World" in spanish so we can rule out it meaning "hell". But Hollow World is supposed to be = to hell so I guess it's the same. At least thats what the manga described it as at the very biggining. Good people go to sould sociaty bad go to Hollow world...

Also Las Noches means "The Nights". Just in case anyone wanted to know about the guys that are in the castle.


I guess what Eppy is saying could be true too. Maby we are reading into it to much and they all just randomly got powers that are associated with diffrent groups in the show/manga. I still think we will learn somthing new and more intresting about Chad and Orihime's power. Id find the show boring if they just go the powers becuse they where around Ichigo all the time.

Ya I also remember the "get your shinigami powers back or become a hollow and we'll kill you" thing. But I don't think his power or leak actually gave all of his friends their unique attributes. For example orahima (sp?) can reject things, making it see as if they never happened. Then theirs Quincy so he already had power. Chads arm and body turn into things that resemble hollows just in different colors with names like Hell in them. They may be getting some power from Ichigo but I don't think it has any influence over what their attacks or attributes are. Just gives them more juice to work with. If you notice the other friends that have been around him can only see Ghosts but they have no special powers. This goes to show you that the 3 that are with him started with hidden power they may not have known about until now.

@Vincent - Ichigo is what you could consider a pure blooded shinigami. His dad was a captain and from the looks of things left Soul Society and married a human (or maybe his mom was something else?). So ichigo obtained allot of power from his father. Aparently shinigami don't do that often but if they did I bet we would end up with more people like ichigo. Imagen Rukia and Ichigo having a kid in the living world :).

In the series hyena gets an upgrade to her body that highly resembles what grimjaw looks like right now in the manga with the backwards jointed legs and all. I can't find a pick of it tho.

well, grimjaw's legs make more sense now.. and it also makes sense why there was never a truely uniformed organized hollow power capable of taking on soul society. if they have to keep eating other hollows of similar power, then los noches (or whatever its called) must have been in a constant state of chaos... until aizen came along.. and I'm guessing he changed that requirement or something.. because I honestly can't imagine Nell eating other hollows or his buddies. O_o

I'll make a guess about next week's chapter. if they show more of the ichigo fight, there will be at least one hollow flash attack and at least one getsuga attack. and then eight panels of them flying around attacking, hitting a mountain and then Nell will do some attack that makes everyone shit themselves, but in the end isn't that surprising. if they show the other battle going on, i bet it'll just be everyone fighting each other in a crappy battle and then attack the main hollow guy only to find out he has some other hidden power ala the 'Winged Dragon of Rah' god card on yugioh.

I have a quick theory to throw out in the topic.. What will happen to Grimjaw? Remember that whole Grimjaw backstory and how they talked about how arrancar must eat other arrancar of equal or stronger power to keep evolving? I'm sure that has to come into play at some point.. Obviously Nell is more powerful than that bastard she just took out so if she ate him it probably wouldn't do any good for her, but what if Grimjaw crawls over to that guy's corpse and chows down? He'll probably fully recover and get a power increase! Which kind of fits the current bleach constant power imbalance. Ichigo more powerful than so and so, so and so gets owned by someone else, someone else gets owned by newly powerful Ichigo, Grimjaw eats somebody, repeat process. :p

Have you noticed every single bleach fight is a back and forth fight? Ever since the 'limit release' fight with the shinjami on earh, every chapter has been a back and forth fight. One chapter somebody has overwhelming power, the next chapter its reversed, so on and so forth.

I can see the progression of the fights now:

Next chapter: Kenpachi stands up and releases his sword, owns the hollow bastard.

Next chapter: Hollow bastard busts out a new move and owns Kenpachi.

Next chapter: Kenpachi does a bankai and owns/kills the hollow bastard.

Next chapter: Ulquirro shows back up and owns Kenpachi.

Next chapter: Pesche and big face guy show up and release their swords and own Ulquirro. :p

Next chapter: Ulquirro releases his sword and owns everybody.

Next chapter: Grimjaw all crippled, eats the body of the hollow guy kenpachi killed becomes more powerful and then owns Ulquirro.

Next chapter: Somebody else shows up, owns everyone again.

Next chapter: Orihime finally finishes healing Nell's mask. More powerful Nell now owns new guy.

Well, Kenpachi gets owned again, but I'm still expecting him to release his sword. What would be really interesting is if this fight ends up being just like the initial fight he had with Ichigo. The fact that Ichigo fought someone more powerful (Kenpachi), it only made him stronger. As many times as Kenpachi owned Ichigo in their initial fight it only made him more powerful and in-tune with his sword. Maybe if we're lucky we'll see Kenpachi have a sword vision or something then bust out with his released blade. ^_~

And while that would be cool, it'd still be the back and forth power fight like every other fight so far... I'm just hoping all the fighting will end long enough for some actual plot to be revealed.

Honestly I hope not, as much as I hate the way the story's been going I still want to learn more about SS, the realm above it (ie. the king place), Ichigo's dad, and the rest of the characters that we know next to nothing about, Ichigo's mask and dark side, the vizards, romance. There's so much that hasn't even been touched on that it would be crazy to end it now. At least thats my opinion. Personally if he did end it, I think it would be a sucky way to end such a long and somewhat interesting story.

Seeing how this is set 100 years back, Urahara wasn't captain for more than a year at most before his exile. Seeing how he was exiled 100 years earlier during the Soul Society arc,which would mean that during that brief time as captain he would have created the Hogyoku and made the first set of Vaizards IE Shinji and the crew. Aizen also looks like he may have helped Urahara creat the Hogyoku but because of some bad blood Ura might have taken with him to Earth.

THat would explain how Aizen knows how to use it... But what of Ichigo's dad... How does he fit into this?

That could explain why they where all exiled to the living world. Aizen might have helped make it and then back stabbed Urahara in order to try and get the Hogyoku but Urahara sealed it off so he couldn't.

Obviously Aizen is going to either get the king's key or make the king's key, get into upper soul society, call forth his super elite vasto lord hollows and fight against the super elite captain/guardians of the king. And of course, Ichigo will somehow defeat Ulquiorra, get a power boost to become a thousand times more powerful than any other captain, somehow make it into upper soul society, and either fight Aizen one on one or witness the king being killed and then he fights Aizen.

Just like that the series could end right there when Ichigo kills Aizen, claims the thrown and declares himself God.

So, seeing as Ichigo will finally reach the peak of all power, he'll have nowhere else to go, unless he declares war on Lower HM, aka True Hell. :p

The guy thats writing this obviously needs to milk this property so he can retire someday, so I bet he'll drag out every fight he possibly can for the next 20 years. X'D

haha that would be extremely funny if thats what happens in the future. I would hope they finish up using older characters before introducing newer ones. For example Ichigo and Uryuu 's Dads, I would like to see them used more and their past explained more. I would be even funnier if Ichigo's dad ended up being a past guardian of the King and the King end up being one or both of Orihime's parents lol (explaining why she has power to reject stuff from happening). In any case, it's at the point where I have a better time watching the anime then I do reading the manga haha.

Ichigo is probably one of the only people that fights a wide range of people. Everyone else seems to get paired up with their bad guy counter parts :(.
