Least Favorite Anime or Manga

Though I, and many people here love Anime and Manga, there are some Anime's that just suck. (Try not to be too offended) For instance, I think Astro Boy sucks A**.:barf:

I'm sure I'll be the bitch of the place after I say this, but I didnt care for Evangalion. It took 4ever for the plot to get rolling and then once they were onto something good it was like "oh fuck that, lets just let Shinji masterbate"

half way thru the series i was a fan tho. i really thought it was going to be great.. then poof. :\ and with so many other animes to be a fan of, i moved on. :p

Metropolis. Its cartoonish animation wouldn't have been so bad, except that the plot was good enough to keep me sitting through the two hours of visual agony. My brain hurt for days afterward. :|

I didn't like "kill me,kiss me" all that much. It's techncalliy Korean, but it's basically the same as manga. I don't know, the plot and characters were okay, but there was just something ELSE about it I didn't like.

Eva had a great concept that crashed halfway through the anime....(luckily it was recovered by RahXephon later on)

and I'm REALLY REALLY anal on Anime drawing styles, so that puts manga like Mars in the red for me X'D (I'm sorry)

Melody of Oblivion started out cool as hell, but now it's just getting plain strange. I really hope it will get fixed though, I've only seen 6 eps.

Hack/Sign's ending just blew the entire series for me...

All in all, i like most anime/manga i see...

I hate DBZ! Shit it take 10 damn episodes for someone to complete a sentence (yes I am being extremely sarcastic) and all the main characters just start getting too powerful. Knights of the Zodiac sux too! when you got a dude with swan shaped armor then there is something not right going on. I also agree with Lady about Evangalion.

as far as manga goes, real bout highschool, most shojou (imma guy you had to expect that), but as far a pure assyness goes id have to say Cowboy bebop, the anime was good but not the manga

I enjoyed DBZ. I don't watch it anymore, due to lack of point, but I still buy and read the mangas. I'm also following DB on YTV right now, since I haven't seen the full series before. Alot of people don't like G-Gundam, but I really thought it was a refreshing break from the normal gundam forumula. As for my personal dislikes......... I don't really have anything. All Anime has its target audience, and even If I don't fall into it for a specific anime, I'll still watch it. I'll even watch stuff like Pokemon, Digimon....... who cares what people say? Its entertaining enough.

I really can't stand Inuyasha. Everytime I watch it, they have to remind you at least 5 times on what happened in previous episodes, as if most of their fans are complete idio-... wait, nevermind :haha: ^_^; :happy:.

Lol seriously though, any anime that insults their own fanbase is pretty bad, imo. But the only reason why I watch it sometimes is because of Naraku. But the last episode I saw was... "Father's Old Enemy" or something like that.


And DBZ rules! The early DBZ was kinda lame, but from Cell Saga up was a masterpiece. Especially the Kid Buu saga.

Dislike - DB-GT. I hated Dragonball GT. A few years ago, I really liked DBZ, but after the Freiza arc, they should have ended the series. it got so repetitive after that. It should have ended with Goku becoming another legendary super saiyan and dying with Freiza. So not good. But it didn't end and I said, "Ok" and the rest of DBZ played out somewhat faithfully to the rest of the series. But GT, it was like the creators of GT didn't even watch th e anime after te Freiza arc ended. There were SO many plot holes in that terible show that I must call DB_GT my least favorite anime.

Inuyasha is getting really annoying as well...I know what you mean when you say that they have to remind you of everything, and on top of that they like to point out the obvious a lot...and I mean a lot people. A three year old could have desinged a better giant robot. Then again, I think a three year old did desing it. The only upside to the entire series is that chick from the future is hot.

Cowboy Beebop sucks. I never seen it but it sucks. End of story. :P
