a Squid would actually be a good idea depending on what kind of flowers you are accustomed to drawling. If you drawl exotice wild flowers with untamed pedals, that technique could easily be used on tenticle design.

just to keep yourself in the habit/pratice why not draw a nice still of your computer set up or a scene w/ your favorite characters from a story or series? :look:
