The inside is Vader's playground were he keeps his deep, enormous pits with tiny catwalks to knock people off after a good lightsaber battle. XD

NO! in a huge mobile militry instalation such as the Deathstar there are the standard barracks then officers quaters then of caure the birdge were the who plase is commanded from then you would have hangers and storage and engine bays and engineering, etc it would be like a gigantic militry instalation that moves and ther is no civilian presence at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no stupid play gropunds but alot of hallways and stuff like that........as well as gun emplacements were your standard defensive cannona ans such would be placed and of caures the super laser!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, you both are right. It has all that stuff, FM, but they have to have at least a few bottomless pits with one catwalk over it so if there is a lightsaber battle, you can find one of these pits quickly.

Anyway, it kinda sucked that Death Star only got a few seconds of glory in this movie. It should've gotten more, I think. Death Star ruled. I can't figure out how Vader could still claim in episode IV that the Force is still more powerful than the ability to destroy a planet. Vader almost got his @$$ kicked right along with Death Star.
